‘Up and Over It’ Spartan WOD

People have a tendency to overthink things… and overcomplicate life and workouts are no exception!

Here’s a simple workout that’s devastating, full-body-crushing…and all in 6 simple moves!

“Up and Over It”

For time:

  • 30 clean and jerk (85/125#)
  • 30 burpee over wall
  • 30 DB Snatch (35/50#)
  • 30 burpee over wall
  • 30 KB Swing (35/50#)
  • 30 burpee over wall
