Who this is for:
This particular macronutrient ratio and calorie level is well suited for very active and muscular women who want to lose fat slowly while maintaining muscle and very active men who consistent weekly fat loss while eating healthily and controlling hunger.
A strength of this particular series is its emphasis on keeping amount of prep time short; After getting groceries, approximately 1 1/2-2 hours is needed to execute this weekly plan from start through clean up.
To shorten the prep time, some whole foods based packaged foods are utilized in order to speed the preparation process; however this plan still adheres to a strict and clean, whole foods standard rich in antioxidants and colorful fruits and vegetables. This plan is perfect for losing fat while maintaining muscle mass, metabolic health, hormonal balance, and strong gut barrier.
Who this is NOT for:
If you have an autoimmune condition, such as Hashimoto’s disease, this plan is not strict enough. You would benefit from a strict autoimmune protocol diet, which I am more than happy to assist you with. Please contact me and we can work together!

All the food you will eat for the duration of the plan is organized into a shopping list, recipe guide, and a meal prep plan. The meal prep plan guides you through using a three-compartment container to organize your meals for the week; each week requires 2-3 hours of meal prep.
