
Sarah Pledger is a dietitian with an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University with a lifelong history in athletics both coaching and competing.
Sarah has been a college athlete in softball, ran the Boston Marathon, done ultramarathons, ironmans and has most recently delved into the world of obstacle course racing and CrossFit.
Most notably Sarah competed on ESPN2 in the BattleFrog Collegiate World Championships and is now a obstacle course racer and a CrossFit Level 2 coach in Charleston, SC.
Sarah coaches both online and in-person clients to reach their fitness and nutrition goals in sustainable ways.
