Below is the online platform for training plans for Weightloss, body shaping, strength athletes and spartan athletes.
Each new client starts off with a Skype or FaceTime consult to get to know your unique history, goals, strengths and areas ripe for improvement. Then we focus on a multi-joint, functional movements first approach with isolations and weakness work added to this sturdy base.
Runners, Triathletes, Multisport athletes:
We work through google drive with client check ins after each workout and consults on a monthly basis!
Your plan is adjusted and adapted weekly based on your resting heart rate and recovery due to the high predisposition to burnout associated with the training hours necessary in these sports.
